KLOW refers to a combination of peptides used in research settings to study tissue regeneration, tissue repair, and inflammation. This blend typically includes peptides such as GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV.

General Aspects of Reconstitution

Bacteriostatic water (BAC Water) is used to reconstitute lyophilized (dry powder) peptides for research purposes. Researchers should consider the following when preparing these mixtures:

Vial identification: It is essential to verify the total amount of peptide in milligrams (mg) specified by the manufacturer, as the product presentation may vary.

Dissolution process: It is recommended to let the liquid (BAC Water) run slowly down the inner walls of the vial to avoid damaging the peptides. Gently swirl the vial—never shake vigorously—until the powder has completely dissolved.

Coloration: Certain peptides, such as those containing copper (GHK-Cu), may impart a blue or blue-green tint to the reconstituted liquid; this is normal.

Storage: Once reconstituted, the vial must be kept refrigerated (between 2°C and 8°C) to preserve peptide integrity, in accordance with research guidelines.
